Role Description
The Cluster Revenue Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for maximizing revenue and profit across a defined group of hotels. This role involves analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitive performance to set pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategies. The Cluster Revenue Manager will manage rate structures, oversee channel mix and OTA performance, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing forecasts and performance reports, monitoring key metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy), and recommending tactical and strategic adjustments to drive commercial results. The role also supports property teams with revenue insights, ensures adherence to revenue management standards, and contributes to budgeting and long-term planning.

Qualifications

- Strong revenue management and pricing strategy skills, including demand forecasting, rate optimization, and inventory control across multiple properties.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel management tools.
- Experience with distribution and digital channels, including OTAs, brand websites, GDS, and third-party platforms, and understanding of channel mix optimization.
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations and commercial disciplines, including sales, marketing, and reservations, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and influence decision-making at property and corporate levels.
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management, preferably in a cluster or multi-property environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in revenue management are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple deadlines.
