Kingfisher Hospitality Group is entering the next phase of its growth. Following a successful first year of building our commercial platform, we are focused on driving performance, embedding best practice and delivering market-leading revenue results across our portfolio of hotels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and ambitious Revenue team, playing a key role in shaping the commercial success of a portfolio of hotels. You'll work alongside experienced commercial leaders, influencing strategy, supporting operational excellence and helping deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting to: Group Director of Revenue

Workplace Pension
Hybrid (3 days in Central London office) Travel as required to properties
Expected profile of experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue management as day-to-day strategy lead
- Business plan cycle experience
- Knowledge and experience in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking and sales strategy
- Knowledge in Meeting & Events revenue, as well as group strategy evaluation
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Delphi & Marriott proprietary systems
- Entrepreneurial flair to be part of a new team from inception
As Portfolio Revenue Manager you will
- Lead the day to day revenue strategy for the respective group of properties designated
- Be project lead for respective property go-lives within the business
- Support rate loading & channel strategy across the group
- Be first point of contact for Revenue department for respective properties
- Grow & develop more junior team members to aid succession planning
- Deputise for the Director of Revenue in their absence, supporting business review meetings as required with ownership
