The Role

Reporting to: Cluster Director of Sales & Events

Collaborate in sales operations, event coordination, local and corporate marketing, and business development across both hotels, supporting Hilton and Sofitel brands.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and submit Request for Proposals (RFPs) under leadership guidance from Direction du Sel [sic], Regional Manager, and General Manager.

  • Local marketing execution:

    • Create promotional offers.
    • Compile and dispatch the local corporate newsletter.
  • Telesales & outbound prospecting: Conduct calls to gauge opportunity and potential for direct business.

  • Tour operator & travel industry relations:

    • Conduct hospitality appointments to present checking by accommodation and dining products.
    • Explore revenue-generating partnerships and custom packages.
  • Key stakeholder management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with corporate bookers, airline representatives, and travel agents.
    • Foster first-party and third-party industry connections for relational opportunities and growth.

  • Customer engagement:
    • Swiftly address enquiries with bespoke proposals and manage contracts.

Team & outputs:

Operates from the Sales Office, contributing to efficient property and Duplex property cluster performance.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent in English.
  • Can-do attitude with stellar customer service focus.
  • 12+ months’ experience in hotel sales, marketing, or aviation programs, ideally at an airport/transit hotel.

Knowledge & abilities:

  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate travel, and aviation sales exposure.

  • Technology-savvy: MS Office suite familiarity + CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

  • Highly independent, target-driven, and adept at prioritising time-sensitive tasks.

  • Persuasion expertise: pitch-perfect for negotiation and presentation, with a built-in charisma matte title for accountability.
