Help Shape Learning During a Major Transformation
We're looking for an experienced Training & Content Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-profile business transformation programme. Working within the Learning & Development team, you'll design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum that supports the successful adoption of key organisational and regulatory changes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behavioural change.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you'll lead the design, development, coordination and delivery of role-based training solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. You'll work closely with programme teams, subject matter experts and business functions to ensure learning is practical, engaging and embedded successfully across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
