Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time

Location: Orchard Post Acute – Fresno, CA Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shifts Available: AM | PM | NOC Salary Range: $18–$19 per hour

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as:
    • Bathing
    • Grooming
    • Mobility support
    • Meal assistance
  • Observing and reporting any changes in a resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
  • Reporting incidents or accidents during yourshift
  • Maintaining confidentiality while upholding residents' privacy
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
  • Operating within a 4-on (work), 2-off (off-duty) rotation schedule

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Hold a valid California CNA license (mandatory)
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and physical exam
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication with residents and colleagues
  • Possess a caring, dependable attitude
  • Be available to work full-time (4-2 rotation schedule)
  • Be eligible for AM, PM, or Night (NOC) shifts
