Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time
Location: Orchard Post Acute – Fresno, CA Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shifts Available: AM | PM | NOC Salary Range: $18–$19 per hour

Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Mobility support
- Meal assistance
- Observing and reporting any changes in a resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
- Reporting incidents or accidents during yourshift
- Maintaining confidentiality while upholding residents' privacy
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
- Operating within a 4-on (work), 2-off (off-duty) rotation schedule
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Hold a valid California CNA license (mandatory)
- Pass a pre-employment background check and physical exam
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with residents and colleagues
- Possess a caring, dependable attitude
- Be available to work full-time (4-2 rotation schedule)
- Be eligible for AM, PM, or Night (NOC) shifts
