CNC Machinist - Afters
🔥 CNC Miller – Permanent Late Shift
🔥 Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to join a growing precision engineering business where your skills are genuinely valued?
📍 Location: Leeds
💷 Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 DOE + £40 Shift Allowance Per Shift - Potential earnings of £45,400 - £48,400 before over time!
⏰ Hours:
⏰ Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 23:00
⏰ Friday: 14:00 – 20:00
🚀 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join a busy and well-established precision engineering environment on a permanent late shift.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern machining facility producing high-precision components for a growing business with a strong reputation in the industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Machining components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Conducting quality checks and inspections
- Supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Proven CNC Milling experience within a precision engineering environment
- Strong understanding of Fanuc programming
- Experience working on 3 & 5 Axis machinery
- Reliable, quality-focused, and self-motivated approach
- A keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
