Are you an experienced Miller looking for your next challenge? We are working with a respected precision engineering manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and innovation, supplying components to a range of high-profile industries.
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision engineering components to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Producing high precision components on 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centres
- Editing and optimizing CNC programs where required
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Machining a wide range of materials to tight tolerances
- Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
- Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient production processes

About You
- Previous experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls
- Experience machining precision components within industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, or similar
- Ability to read technical engineering drawings confidently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
