Starting Salary: GBP 36,000 - GBP 43,000

Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC machines in line with production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies.
- Load materials and tooling into machines and adjust as required.
- Quality checking own work and ensuring high standards.

What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years in a machine environment.
- Able to interpret Engineering drawings.
- Able to work with tight tolerance: Aerospace standards.
- Able to work unsupervised and part of the team.
