What You’ll Be Doing
In our world-class Machine Shop, you’ll be the master of your station:
Setting and operating CNC and manual machines to elite tolerances. Inspecting your own work using conventional kit and CMM reports. Keeping the workflow smooth with basic TPM and deburring during cycles. Collaborating with a team that takes genuine pride in "British Engineering."
What You Bring to the Bench
Experience: You know your way around a CNC machine (Milling/Turning/Setting). Technical Eye: You can read engineering drawings like a second language. Quality Mindset: Experience with CMM machines and conformance reports is a huge plus. Speed & Precision: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where "good enough" isn't enough.

The Next Steps
We value your time. You’ll start with a telephone interview, followed by a site visit to meet the manager to discuss you experience and see the tech for yourself and a practical "trade test" to show us your skills.
