Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Press Brake Operator / CNC Laser Cutter Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sheet metal fabrication who takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake and laser cutting machinery.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Manufacture components accurately to required tolerances.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and safe.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience operating CNC press brake and/or CNC laser cutting machines.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude and good timekeeping.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Current Forklift Operator Licence.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
