Are you a CNC Programmer looking for an exciting, unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a global presence who are moving from strength-to-strength and offer the chance to play a key role in the success of newly established factories offering equity, a bonus and major progression opportunities?
This company specializes in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Automotive and Aerospace with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations and are looking for a new CNC Machinist to help with the growth of a new factory.

The Role:
- Setting, operating, and Programming a variety of 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
- Produce specialist components for automation and associated projects
- Be one of the go-to machinists in a new factory and train junior team members
- Receive equity and opportunities for ongoing progression.
The Person:
- CNC Programmer or similar
- Worked on Mills and Lathes
- Commutable to Milton Keynes
