Are you a CNC Programmer looking for an exciting, unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a global presence who are moving from strength-to-strength and offer the chance to play a key role in the success of newly established factories offering equity, a bonus and major progression opportunities?

This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Automotive and Aerospace with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations and are looking for a new CNC Machinist to help with the growth of a new factory.

In this autonomous role you will be one of the senior machinists responsible for setting, operating and programming a variety of 5-axis CNC mills and lathes working tight-knit workshop team. You will also be responsible for training junior operatives and play a key role in ongoing operations as you work a standard 40 hour week with extra hours and opportunities to develop with the role.
