CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am–5pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–4:30pm Friday)

What you'll be doing
You'll programme, set, and operate Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls, working on high-precision components for the power electronics sector. You'll support the production team with assembly work and general factory duties, manage stock movements, and report directly to the CNC Supervisor.

What you'll bring
- Advanced experience programming and operating Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years in a CNC milling machining role and 2 years specifically programming CNC machines with Heidenhain controls, or similar.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Effective communication skills with the sales and production teams.
- Full compliance with health and safety procedures.
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team are important.

- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Burgess Hill before starting.
- GCSE or equivalent preferred.
- English language proficiency required.
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
