- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Fareham
- Duration: Permanent
The Role
You’ll be working within a machine shop team focused on CNC turning operations. The site operates a range of CNC automatic lathes, particularly sliding head machines.
You Will Be
- Programming, setting and operating CNC sliding head multi-axis lathes
- Other machining as required such as manual turning, milling and grinding
- Second operation activities such as deburring
- General housekeeping activities
Qualifications
Experience
We Are Looking For
- An Engineering background
- A CNC Machinist capable of programming, setting and operating multi-axis CNC lathes.
- Experience in high precision environments
- Sliding head experience would be highly desirable
