Our client based on the outskirts of Keighley are seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Spring Maker to join their production team and support the continued growth. The role involves CNC Spring Maker / Spring Coiling/ wire forming Machine Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC spring coiling machines
- Produce compression, torsion, extension, and custom springs to precise specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements
- Experience operating CNC spring coiling machines
- A strong understanding of wire types, spring geometry, and coiling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience measuring systems
- Knowledge of heat treatment and stress-relief processes
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality standards
