CNC Turner (Weekday Night Shift)
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Contract & Salary:
- 6-month contract (extensions and permanent opportunities possible)
- £21.50 per hour PAYE (inclusive of shift allowance)
- Payroll model: UMBRELLA PAYE
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 21:15 – 07:00 (37-hour week)

About the Role
As the CNC Turner, you will:
- Support small-batch, high-quality transmission components for the motorsport and aerospace industries.
- Work in a small, highly skilled team, utilising offline programming tools.
- Fulfill pressing deadlines while maintaining precision and quality.

Responsibilities
We seek a proactive CNC Turner with experience in:
- Interpreting technical drawings and planning route cards to produce components within specified timeframes.
- Operating CNC Lathes, including:
- Victor Turn II 26 HD
- Leadwell LTC 25iL (with Siemens 828D controls)
- Doosan Puma GT3100
- Reading, understanding, and editing CNC programs, including adjusting speeds and feeds as necessary.
- Modifying turning tips and understanding their correct applications.
- Experience with manual lathes (e.g., Harrison Alpha 400 or NC lathe) is advantageous.

Technical Requirements:
- Essential: Familiarity with Fanuc controls; advantageous: knowledge of Siemens controls.
