Location: Coventry
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 08:30am – 17:00pm + overtime
- Night Shift: 18:00pm – 04:30am + overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week, full time
Position Type: Permanent
Salary:
- Day Shift: £18.50 - £22.00 per hour + overtime rates
- Night Shift: £24.50 - £29.00 per hour (including shift allowance) + overtime rates

MNB Precision is a Coventry based precision engineering business with over 40 years of experience, supplying high-integrity components into demanding sectors including Oil & Gas, Defence, Power Generation, Rail and Heavy Industry.
We specialise in complex, tight-tolerance work, machining a wide range of materials from carbon steels through to stainless and exotic alloys. Our continued growth is driven by investment in people, machines and facilities. We’re now looking to strengthen our machining team and looking for CNC Turners.

The Role:
The CNC Turner vacancy is a hands-on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low-volume/high-value work.
For The Role Of CNC Turner, You Will:
- Set and operate CNC machines (Turning) including Mazak and Doosan Machines.
- Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Setter within a precision manufacturing business.
- Experience with Fanuc/Mazatrol controls.
- Experience machining large components (MNB Precision have anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter).
- Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
- A reliable, team-focused approach is required for the CNC Turner role.
