CNC Turner/Programmer (Marine/Defence)

Location: Paignton

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Overtime + Flexible Shifts

Are you a CNC Turner/Programmer or similar looking to develop your career within a growing precision engineering company working on a range of projects across a variety of engineering sectors?

Do you want to join a tight-knit engineering company who focus on high precision sub contract manufacturing, supplying into the marine, electronics, and defense sectors?

On offer is the opportunity for a CNC Turner/Programmer or similar to join a successful precision engineering company manufacturing high-quality components for a diverse customer base across the Marine, Electrical, and Defense industries. With ambitious plans to increase both turnover and headcount over the coming years, the company is looking to strengthen its machining team with an experienced CNC Machinist.

In this role, the successful CNC Turner/Programmer or similar will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing precision components, and creating or editing programs using CAM software. Full in-house training will be provided on the company's CAM package and machine controls, providing an opportunity for someone with a CNC machining background looking to broaden their technical skillset.
