About The Role
Triad Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software applications utilizing.NET Core and associated web frameworks such as React, Blazor, and Angular. This role offers flexibility, with options to work at client locations, remotely, or from Triad’s offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes. The position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about technology and innovation, capable of translating complex requirements into robust solutions.
As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements, propose effective solutions, and deliver high-quality code. You will contribute to shaping the technological landscape of the organization, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Operating within a culture that values autonomy and creativity, you will be encouraged to bring new ideas, improve development processes, and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree, apprenticeship, or master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, complemented by substantial practical experience. Proven experience as a C# Developer or in a similar role is essential, with a strong command of the C# programming language and the.NET framework, particularly .NET Core. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles is required, along with familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies is highly desirable. Candidates should have familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. Holding or the ability to obtain SC-level security clearance is mandatory, with prior clearance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain C# applications, components, and systems to meet project specifications and client needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and fellow developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues, optimizing performance and reliability of applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development and software engineering to continually enhance skills and project outcomes.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and standards within the team.
