Co-design Lab Lead

This role is responsible for establishing and leading a high-impact co-design and innovation capability within PwC, bringing together clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges through structured collaboration and future-focused thinking.


About the Role

The Co-design Lab Lead is a strategic leader, facilitator and innovation expert, skilled in translating ambiguity into tangible, actionable outcomes. This role involves:

  • Designing and facilitating high-impact co-design sessions, workshops, and innovation labs.
  • Driving innovation, informing decision-making, and accelerating transformation initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all collaborative efforts deliver clear, measurable outcomes and high-quality outputs.
  • Setting the strategic direction for the Enterprise Strategy team, aligning business, experience, and technology delivery for end-to-end solutions.

The lead must have a strong appetite for complexity, skills in structured problem-solving, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Establish and lead a new Co-design Lab within Enterprise Strategy, shaping it as a core innovation capability.
  • Design and facilitate co-creation sessions, workshops, and labs tailored to client challenges.
  • Develop replicable frameworks and methodologies documenting co-design and innovation best practices.
  • Ensure all sessions yield concrete actions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Define the team’s strategic direction, driving alignment with overall Enterprise Strategy goals.

Beyond the Lab

  • Partner with clients to understand deeper business needs and solutions.
  • Gain a delegate understanding of business processes, customer & employee experiences, and technology capabilities to drive impact.
  • Work as part of PwC’s specialised delivery teams (business, experience, and technology), providing holistic solutions.
