About the Role
The Co-Design Lab Lead is responsible for establishing and leading a high-impact co-design and innovation capability that brings together clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems through structured collaboration.
This role combines strategic leadership, facilitation expertise, and future-focused thinking, translating ambiguity into actionable outcomes. The Lead will shape and run co-design sessions that drive innovation, inform decision-making, and accelerate transformation initiatives.
The role requires:
- Strong strategic judgement
- Structured thinking
- Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- A deep commitment to creating tangible, high-quality outputs from collaborative processes

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Establish and lead the Co-Design Lab as a core capability within Enterprise Strategy
- Design and facilitate high-impact co-creation sessions, workshops, and labs for complex client challenges
- Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks for co-design and innovation methodologies
- Ensure all sessions deliver clear, actionable outputs and measurable outcomes
- Set the strategic direction for the team and its contribution to the overall success of Enterprise Strategy

- Proven experience leading co-design, innovation, or transformation initiatives
- Strong facilitation and workshop design expertise
- Experience with strategic frameworks and problem-solving approaches
- Ability in scenario planning, foresight, or future-focused methodologies
- A track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, synthesis, and storytelling skills
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
