Core focus areas include health and recovery optimization, AI-powered coaching systems, context-aware productivity, opportunity and network intelligence, and integrated growth workflows. Glyth is building the underlying infrastructure for intelligent self-mastery for individuals, coaches, and organizations.
Role Description
The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Glyth AI’s vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with the founding team to drive product development, go-to-market plans, and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting market and user research
- Refining the product roadmap
- Supporting fundraising activities
- Building relationships with early adopters, strategic partners, and investors

The role also involves:

This is a part-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for some work from home alongside regular in-person collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and behavioral insights to inform product and business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear, structured written and verbal communication for stakeholders, partners, and team members.
- Sales skills to engage early customers, articulate value propositions, and support revenue-generating activities.
- Marketing skills to help design positioning, messaging, and growth strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Research skills to validate market opportunities, understand user needs, and explore emerging trends in AI, health, and productivity.
- Prior experience in startups, AI, digital health, or productivity tools is highly beneficial.
- Ability to operate autonomously in an early-stage environment, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a small cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, psychology, data science, or a related field is preferred.
