Co-Founder

Join UpCurve Coaching – Help Build the UK’s Next Leading Business Growth Consultancy

About the Role

UpCurve Coaching is being created with a simple ambition: To become one of the UK’s leading business growth consultancies for ambitious SMEs.

We are now seeking an experienced business coach or consultant to join as a Co-Founder and help establish the company from the ground up.

This isn’t just a contract, freelance gig, or employed role. It’s an opportunity to become a genuine partner in building a national coaching and consultancy brand.

Key Aspects of the Opportunity

  • The commercial vision includes brand building, marketing, sales, technology, and operations.
  • While the commercial side is handled by a partner, you’ll focus on:
    • Creating the intellectual property (IP) that fuels the business.
    • Developing the delivery function, client methodologies, and coach training programmes.

Built Together, We Will Create:

  • A world-class coaching methodology
  • A repeatable business growth framework
  • Coach training programmes
  • Client assessment tools
  • Delivery systems
  • A network of elite freelance coaches across the UK

The goal is not just to coach businesses—but to build a business that coaches thousands.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with years of helping businesses grow, such as:

  • Business Coach
  • Management Consultant
  • Growth Consultant
  • Fractional CEO or COO
  • Leadership Consultant
  • Business Strategist

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You:

  • Have worked with business owners across multiple industries.
  • Understand what genuinely drives growth.
  • Might have thought, “If I could build my own methodology and brand, I’d do things differently.”

This could be your chance to turn that thought into reality.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Designing the coaching framework
  • Building client programmes
  • Developing coach training
  • Recruiting and mentoring freelance coaches
  • Maintaining coaching quality
  • Shaping the future direction of the company

You’ll also become one of the public faces of UpCurve.

You’ll need:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience
  • A proven track record of helping businesses grow
  • Strong strategic thinking & communication skills
  • High personal standards
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for building something meaningful
  • A belief that great businesses are built by combining exceptional people with exceptional systems

What We’ll Bring

UpCurve is structured to value balanced contributions:

  • Your partner will handle brand development, marketing, sales, systems, and commercial scaling, while you focus on client impact.

Our Vision

我们不想建立另一个仅围绕单个人名气的咨询公司。 We want to build a recognition-driven consultancy with: ✅ Proven systems ✅ Trusted coaches ✅ Measurable results ✅ A reputation rooted in expertise, not personality

Future success means:

  • A nationally recognised consultancy
  • A growing team of coaches and specialists
  • A company supporting UK SMEs with real impact

Who This Isn’t For

If any of these resonate, this isn’t the right opportunity:

  • Looking for a salaried, guaranteed income from day one
  • Considering it as a side project with minimal commitment
  • Interested only in current invoicing without building long-term equity

Building a business requires time, shared belief, and commitment to lasting impact.

Equity & Commercials

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity. Investment details depend on:

  • Your experience
  • Contribution to the business
  • Confirmation of long-term commitment

We seek partners focused on lasting value, not just short-term income.

Ready to Join?

If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, send us:

  • A brief introduction covering:
    • Your background
    • Your coaching/consulting experience
    • Businesses you’ve helped grow
    • Why UpCurve excites you
    • What you’d bring as a co-founder

If there’s a match, let’s arrange an informal conversation to explore how we could build something exceptional together.
