About FlightStratix
FlightStratix is a SaaS aviation operations platform for charter brokers, trip support companies, and FBOs replacing Excel, WhatsApp, and Dropbox workflows with one system covering fuel, ground handling, catering, concierge, permits, quoting, and invoicing.
The Role
Co-founder owning everything commercial: positioning, marketing, sales, and revenue. The product is built and live. You take it to market.
Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market strategy and revenue targets
- Build and run the outbound sales motion: prospecting, demos, negotiation, closing
- Position and price the product against competitors
- Build the marketing engine: website, content, SEO, paid, email, LinkedIn
- Represent FlightStratix at aviation trade shows (EBACE, NBAA-BACE, MEBAA)
- Build the partner and reseller network across brokers, FBOs, and trip support firms
- Run customer onboarding, retention, and expansion revenue
- Feed market insight back into the product roadmap

Requirements
- Proven B2B SaaS sales record closed deals, not just pipeline
- Business aviation experience or a strong, credible network in charter/FBO/trip support
- Able to run full-cycle sales solo: no marketing team, no SDRs, no budget to start
- Hands-on marketer can write copy, run campaigns, and build funnels yourself
- Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and equity-first compensation
- Willing to become a genuine product expert and demo it better than anyone

Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with charter brokers or FBO groups
- International markets experience (Middle East, Europe, US)
- Prior founder or first-sales-hire experience
Compensation
Equity co-founder stake, vesting with cliff. Revenue share on closed business. Cash compensation once revenue supports it.
Location
Remote, with travel for industry events and client meetings.
