Koomi is a social platform built exclusively for women — a home for every season of life.

We exist for the woman navigating postpartum, the woman in perimenopause, the woman healing from heartbreak, the woman on a fertility journey, the woman rebuilding after burnout, and the young woman figuring out who she is. Koomi holds all of them, in the same space, at the same time.

We launched in 2026. We have nearly 100 members on the platform before spending a single pound on marketing. The community is forming. The demand is real. And now we need the person who builds this alongside the founding team.

This is a Co-Founder position. Not a senior hire, not a fractional role, not a consulting engagement. A founding role with meaningful equity, full ownership of the COO function, and the title to match.

As Co-Founder and COO, you will:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Koomi entirely, building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow the platform and community to scale.
  • Be the public face of Koomi alongside the founder. This means speaking engagements, podcast appearances, community events, press opportunities, and representing Koomi in every room it enters.
  • Lead the community and membership strategy, ensuring Koomi is not just a product women sign up for but a home they stay in.
  • Build and lead the team as headcount grows, owning hiring, onboarding, and culture from the ground up.
  • Contribute to fundraising conversations, investor relations, and partnership development as a founding voice of the business.
  • Shape product direction from the operator's seat — the person closest to the community should have a direct line to what gets built.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What this role is not:

  • This is not a paid position at this stage. Compensation is equity-based, reflecting the founding nature of the role. This is for someone who wants to own something, not earn from something — and who understands the difference.
