Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder — Lifecycle Health

Location: UK/EU-based
Type: Co-founder / full-time
Compensation: Equity share available, with salary dependent on funding stage

Lifecycle Health is looking for a Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder to help build the next stage of our privacy-first health data platform.

Lifecycle Health turns scattered health signals from wearables, body composition, nutrition, activity, sleep, and recovery into clear weekly progress reviews for individuals, coaches, personal trainers, gyms, wellness businesses, and future specialist-care settings.

Most people already collect more health data than ever. The problem is that it lives across different apps, devices, exports, and dashboards. Lifecycle Health brings those signals together, structures them, and helps users understand what changed, what matters, and what to focus on next.

The platform already has a working product foundation, including subscription flows, data import, weekly summaries, coach/client workflows, and AI-assisted review capability. We are now looking for a technical leader who can take ownership of the architecture, integrations, data model, security, scalability, and long-term product roadmap.

This is a hands-on founding role, not a corporate CTO position. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, architecture, product thinking, and hands-on delivery.

What you’ll lead

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Important

Lifecycle Health is not a diagnostic, prescribing, or emergency-monitoring platform. We are building a privacy-first health-data intelligence layer that helps people, coaches, and organizations make better sense of the data they already collect.

This role must be based in the UK/EU.

Equity share is available for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the company, not just take a technical brief.

If you are excited by health data, AI-assisted insight, wearables, behavior change, coaching workflows, and the opportunity to build a serious platform from the ground up, we would love to talk.

Without the data, you’re just guessing.
