Innovating sports marketing in Asia: Supercell x Riot x Tencent x Krafton

We built a gaming creative agency in Asia, partnering with industry leaders like Supercell, Riot Games, Tencent, and Krafton—harnessing creativity to make campaigns truly resonate.

The brave new challenge: redefining sports marketing from the UK. Our bet: sports marketing is still hitting on all cylinders? Not even close. The creative ceiling is far from its potential, and we want to change that—right here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This Is Not a Job

This is a co-founder / equal equity nomination for someone with:

  • A proven track record in selling sports campaigns: Deals, names, and measurable impact. Do you have data points that speak to your success? If not, we’re not interested—we’re building something bold.
  • Unshakable ambition: The desire to own a book—to realise big ideas that you architect.
  • Providence for the grind: The clarity to see the messy, early state as the how—not the why to stop.
