Co-Founder & Head of Commercial — Proptech (Equity Role)
On 19 June, the government confirmed it's moving towards mandatory upfront information packs for home sellers.
That's not a small policy tweak. It's the direction the whole industry is now moving in — and I've been building the solution for over a year.
Home Sales Ready helps homeowners get genuinely prepared before they go to market — documentation, surveys, legal groundwork, consolidated into a verified property pack, upfront. Fewer fall-throughs. Sellers who show up ready. Agents who can sell with confidence.
We're live. We're onboarding estate agencies across the BCP area right now. We have a conveyancer partner on board. We're built on the Property Data Trust Framework, the open industry standard for verifiable property data, and we're a stakeholder member of the Residential Logbook Association. And we have a seat at the table with the Home Buying and Selling Council, the industry group working with government on reform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The policy has landed. The product is built. The standards are in place. What's missing is someone to drive the commercial side alongside me — turning agency conversations into partnerships, building the sales pipeline, and scaling this beyond our first patch.
This is very much a boots-on-the-ground role in the early stages — you'll need to be able to get in front of agents across Dorset and Hampshire regularly. Based in or near the region is important for now; that may open up as we scale.

I need a co-founder with strong business development instincts — sales, partnerships, or agency relationships — who wants to build something from the ground up rather than manage something that already exists. You might come from property, financial services, or an early-stage startup. What matters more than your CV is your ability to open doors and close them.
This is equity-based. It's early stage. There's real, hands-on work to do — and genuinely good timing to do it in.
If this resonates, drop me a message. Tell me what you'd bring and where you see the biggest opportunity.
