What we are looking for

Responsible for supporting and streamlining operational activities by ensuring effective communication and organisation. You would manage documentation, track tasks and deadlines, liaise between departments and stakeholders, and provide administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Can be based at either our Darwen HQ or Rednal, Oswestry business and must be willing to travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise documentation for multiple contracts to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date information is available for both operatives and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Coordinators to assist with ad-hoc tasks and help manage workload demands efficiently.
  • Work closely with Supervisors and key stakeholders to ensure that all contract-related requirements are met on time and to specification.
  • Respond to and manage various enquiries to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with the Coordination Team Leader to stay informed on contract progress, identify potential issues, and ensure smooth operations throughout the contracts end to end process.

Example Specific Tasks

  • Collate and monitor daily material usage figures, specifically focusing on tar usage, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Oversee the collection and input of daily M2 competition data across all contracts to ensure records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Create and organise new site files and supporting documents once surveys are completed, ensuring everything is stored appropriately and can be easily retrieved when needed.
