Co-ordinator
Co-ordinator (Maintenance/Repairs) – Full Time / Permanent
(location): Tower Hamlets
Annual Salary: Up to £32,000.00 (每週工作時數): 42.5 hours (Monday – Friday)

About the Role
This full-time Co-ordinator role is integral to ensuring efficient operational resource management, high standards of customer service, and adherence to performance targets within Mears Group.
You will act as a key liaison between residents, maintenance teams, clients, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Resource Management & Scheduling
- Co-ordinate the allocation of operatives and sub-contractors to ensure effective resource deployment, timely repairs, and performance targets.
- IT Systems & Data Management
- Ensure PDAs and company IT systems are used efficiently and updated.
- Input correct schedule rates and job statuses.
- Job Monitoring & Reporting
- Track repairs (including booking timeliness, cancellations, follow-up works) to meet daily closure targets.
- Customer Experience & Liaison
- Communicate professionalism (appearance, ID, Health & Safety standards) when engaging with residents, service users, and clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact between customers and maintenance teams.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with administrators, operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain high service standards and performance levels.
- Policy Adherence & Asset Care
- Follow company policies, report damage to assets, and attend meetings, training, and cover unscheduled absences.
- Administration & Reporting
- Provide backup support to other coordinators, ensures timely reporting and record-keeping.

Key Requirements
- Experience in similar coordination, scheduling, or maintenance roles preferred.
- Planning & time management with ability to work under pressure.
- Social Housing and Highly-regulated Workforce Knowledge advantageous.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
- Strong IT Skills (particularly when managing schedules and digital tools).
- Customer-Focused Mindset – ability to build rapport while handling challenging situations.
- Team Collaboration – cultivate strong working relationships internally and externally.
