Role Description
The Co-Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in Witney. The Co-Owner will help shape the strategic direction of the company, including business planning, revenue growth, product and service development, and long-term partnership building.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Overseeing key operations
- Managing client relationships
- Supporting sales initiatives
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
The role involves:
- Contributing to marketing activities
- Guiding social media presence
- Monitoring market trends
- Making data-informed decisions
The Co-Owner will also participate in budgeting, performance reviews, and governance to ensure sustainable and compliant business practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Strong Sales skills, including lead development, negotiation, account management, and an understanding of B2B technology or infrastructure services.
- Strong Product Development skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, define service features, and collaborate with technical teams to improve offerings.
- Strong Marketing and Social Media skills, including brand positioning, campaign planning, content oversight, and effective use of digital channels.

Experience in data center, IT infrastructure, cloud services, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and business management skills, including budgeting and performance oversight, are preferred.
A background in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in managing or co-owning a business, is advantageous.
