South East London

Salary: £30,000.00 to 32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Probation offices across South-East London.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Are you a professional Neurodiversity coach, able to offer coaching and training approaches?

3SC is a social business with expertise in building and managing public service contracts, part of Twin Group.

As a Coach, you will work with people marginalised by society, with a specific focus on those who are neurodivergent, and will support them in fulfilling their goals.

3SC’s ethos is to work in partnership with SMEs, primarily third-sector organisations, across the UK to deliver quality programmes.

Key Responsibilities

One-to-one support and coaching Delivering to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures Using motivational and action planning techniques to manage the progression of customers Assessing strengths and weaknesses in a participant's performance and identifying areas for further development Adapting to the needs and interests of group or individual participants Inspiring confidence and self-belief Measuring and reporting customer outcomes using methodologies, including distance travelled tools

Qualifications

Level 5 qualification in Coaching, or Teaching qualifications or significant coaching experience. Applications are welcome from candidates who do not have the above but are ready to work towards obtaining the appropriate qualifications

Skills and Experience

A minimum of two prior years of experience in coaching, managing, or working with disadvantaged groups such as people with neurodiversity and mental/physical health issues, prison leavers and those seeking employment Experience in delivering online/virtual and face-to-face Knowledge of motivational techniques and practices used to support vulnerable groups

The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
