The Coaching practice in the UK has an opening for a Coaching Director

Job Description & Key Requirements:

You will play a key role in growing the end-to-end coaching business - human-led coaching at all levels in organisations. You will be looking after and expanding a portfolio of existing clients, originating new client relationships, and delivering high-impact coaching engagements for senior leaders across the client base.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong track record in both account growth and new business origination, alongside deep coaching expertise. Yes, you must be an experienced coach who can also sell as this role carries an increased focus on business development within the client relationship space, working alongside account managers, with sales targets attached to the position.

  • You’ll work with multiple clients at one time, across different industries, balancing account growth, new business origination and coaching delivery. Much of the work is virtual, but for some engagements there is also travel.
  • The rest of your time is spent shaping the coaching offer itself as a subject matter expert — sharpening propositions, contributing to proposals, and working with colleagues across all practice lines (e.g. assessment, leadership, people strategy, etc.) to bring the best of the organisation to every client conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
