Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Insights Intern at Coca-Cola, you will join a collaborative team focused on understanding consumers, analysing market trends and supporting data-driven business decisions. You will work across functions to generate insights that help shape marketing strategies and commercial priorities.
- Conduct consumer, customer and market research to uncover insights that inform business and brand decisions.
- Analyse data and identify trends to support strategic recommendations and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D, to support key business priorities.
- Monitor market performance, competitor activity and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support a variety of marketing and business projects through research, analysis and project coordination.

Requirements
Educational background:
- Undergraduate or Master's student, ideally studying Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Science, Human Sciences, Business, Economics, Marketing (with an analytical focus), Engineering or another relevant discipline.
Right to work:
- Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
Commitment:
- Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit to 36.25 hours per week for a 12-month internship.
Language:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attributes:
- Curious, analytical and eager to learn.
- Comfortable asking questions, solving problems and working with both people and data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Relationship skills:
- Inclusive, team-oriented and able to build strong working relationships across functions.
Relevant knowledge:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in consumer behaviour and market insights.
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and present findings.
- Previous experience with research or data analysis through coursework, projects or internships would be advantageous.
