Job Description Summary
The Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) function ensures the efficient and compliant production, distribution, and innovation of Coca-Cola products. We focus on leveraging technology and optimizing processes to deliver products to consumers globally while maintaining sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) Intern, you will support the continuous improvement of supply chain operations, product innovation, and technology integration. You will assist the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team with continuous improvement projects, claim substantiation, ingredient compliance checks, maintenance of regulatory documentation while bringing new ideas and technologies into life.
- Help manage the introduction of new technologies that drive operational efficiency.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support product innovation and packaging sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements
- Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Technical Innovation / Chemistry or Science related degrees.
- Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
- Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2026 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
- Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills).
- Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
- Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
Relevant Knowledge
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools related to supply chain management.
- Innovative and forward-thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
