About The Role - Cocktail Bartender Opportunity

- Crafting exceptional cocktails
- Curating an innovative drinks menu
- Providing an engaging guest experience
You will consistently create beverages to the highest specification while maintaining excellent Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards. You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, demonstrating a deep knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi. With Opportunity at the forefront, you will have access to ongoing training and development, including WSET and mixology courses, helping you grow within the beverage industry.
Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Cocktail Bartender with a passion for mixology and the hospitality industry.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi.
- Creative mindset with the ability to curate and develop innovative cocktail menus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person.
- Advanced bar experience with a drive to develop further (WSET/Mixology preferred).
- A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
- Commitment to upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
