About Us

We're independent cocktail bars with 3 venues in central town (middle street). We pride ourselves on customer service and quality drinks in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere.

The Role

The role involves working on the floor to take orders and serve cocktails, as well as bar preparation. Progression within the role would be to become trained as a Bartender.

Working Hours

We're looking for weekend evening work and bank holiday Sundays. Saturday evening is essential.

  • Hours: 8 - 16 hours but open for discussion.
  • Average shift pattern: 5pm-1am / 6pm-3am

Requirements

We require a year's experience within hospitality.

Pay

  • Pay is Β£13.00 per hour.
  • We have a nice bonus system - a % monthly takings are split between staff (averaging around 50p-80p extra per hour).
  • Cash tips shared between all the staff and same with card tips of course!
  • Holiday accrued.
