As a Cocktail Waiter at Ham Yard Hotel, you will be at the heart of the action, delivering unparalleled service with flair and finesse. From mixing signature cocktails to serving up delightful beverages, you will embody the essence of hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
- Skilfully handle multiple tables, maintaining efficiency even in a fast-paced environment.
- Showcase your passion for beverages by offering recommendations and providing insights on our diverse selection, from coffee to cocktails.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, fostering a team spirit that enhances the guest experience.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each drink is prepared to perfection and served with style.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, embodying the essence of Firmdale's commitment to excellence.
What you Need
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a flair for delivering memorable experiences.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- While experience in a similar role is desirable, we welcome individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
