Role: Code Compliance Engineer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $50 - $80/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Building Code Compliance Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves analyzing and interpreting building codes to ensure projects meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural and engineering plans, conducting site inspections, and providing compliance recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural and engineering plans for compliance with local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to verify adherence to approved plans and applicable regulations.
  • Identify code violations and propose corrective actions to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve compliance issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting code compliance findings and recommendations.
