Your mission
Inspect products for sales and after-sales orders and accurately record the results.
Configure transceiver modules according to order requirements using approved software and predefined codes.
Print and apply product labels and package products according to company procedures.
Process individual and batch returns, including counting products, checking information and completing system records.
Complete order, coding and RMA transactions accurately in the company’s ERP system.
Handle the necessary Q&A required for coding and RMA purposes.
Perform the quarterly inventory check task.
Work with Quality Control and other teams to investigate and resolve product issues.
Participate in quarterly stock counts and carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Your profile
Experience in a warehouse, production, electronics, quality inspection or RMA role is preferred.
Comfortable using computers and able to learn product configuration and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail with a careful, efficient and responsible approach.
Good practical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
A qualification in electronics, telecommunications, computer science or a related subject would be an advantage.
