Coding Specialist – (Fluent in Dutch) – AI Trainer (Mid-Senior Level)

We’re seeking coding specialists who:
- Thrive on algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Are equally fluent in Dutch—both in technical coding and language accuracy.
- Can challenge advanced language models on Dutch-language scenarios covering:
- Asynchronous programming
- RESTful API integration
- Memory management
- Object-oriented design
- Secure coding practices
- Debugging distributed systems
- Document every failure mode to improve model reasoning.

Responsibilities
As an AI Trainer, your daily tasks include:
- Engaging in Dutch-language discussions with AI models on software engineering challenges.
- Validating logical accuracy, coding fluency, and natural correctness of Dutch technical language.
- Capturing reproducible error traces and feeding insights into prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Documenting thought processes—your step-by-step reasoning strengthens the model’s learning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven coding expertise, technical writing (Dutch), or contributions to open-source projects.
- Skills: Fluency in both engineering concepts and Dutch language for complex technical conversations.
- Attitude: Must demonstrate "showing your work"—metacognitive clarity helps refine AI outputs.

Perks & Compensation
- Pay range: $8–$65/hr (final rate based on experience, expertise, and location).
- Note: As a contractor, you provide your own secure computer and high-speed internet. Company-sponsored benefits (e.g., health insurance, PTO) do not apply.
