Coding Specialist - (Fluent in Swedish) - AI Trainer

We’re looking for coding specialists who combine deep expertise in software engineering with Swedish fluency. You’ll work with advanced language models to challenge them on topics like:
- Asynchronous programming
- RESTful API integration
- Memory management
- Object-oriented design
- Secure coding practices
- Debugging distributed systems
Each task involves conversations in Swedish, verifying logical accuracy, coding fluency, and language correctness, while documenting failure modes and refining our evaluation frameworks.
About the Role
A typical day will include:
- Technical problem-solving: Collaborate with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios.
- Validation: Assess the naturalness and correctness of Swedish in responses.
- Error tracking: Capture reproducible error traces for improved AI reasoning.
- Improvement feedback: Suggest enhancements in prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Challenge AI models with technical language in Swedish, ensuring accuracy and fluency.
- Test and refine AI-driven software engineering solutions, validating outcomes.
- Contribute to knowledge-base improvements by documenting flaws, edge cases, and optimisations.
- Help shape AI-driven evaluation metrics for model performance.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Strong professional experience in coding, systems development, or technical disciplines.
- Experience in Swedish technical writing or open-source contributions is a plus.
- Language & Communication:
- Fluent in Swedish (both technical and conversational).
- Ability to demonstrate thought processes clearly (e.g., "showing work").
- Mindset:
- Keen interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine reasoning.
- Eager to contribute tangibly to tailor AI tools for engineers and scientists.

Perks & Compensation
- Flexible pay: $8–$65 per hour, adjusted based on experience, proficiency, and location.
- Remote collaboration: Suitable internet and work environment provided by the contractor.
