Coding Specialist – (Fluent in Italian) – AI Trainer

Are you a coding expert fluent in Italian eager to shape the future of AI?

Large-scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into powerful engines of scientific discovery. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can democratize world-class education, keep pace with cutting-edge research, and streamline software development for engineers everywhere.

About the Role

This role requires individuals who can bridge the gap between complex AI model training and software engineering, with a strong proficiency in Italian.

You will engage with state-of-the-art language models, acting as:

  • A technical expert in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
  • A code reviewer and debugging specialist, particularly in asynchronous/fiber-based systems.
  • A contributor to prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks that fine-tune the natural language interactions of these AI engines.

These models need to be fed with robust data on real-world technical challenges, ensuring they can assist with:

  • RESTful API integration and performance optimisation
  • Memory management and garbage collection insights
  • Object-oriented design principles such as SOLID, generics, and adhoc/centrifugal design
  • Secure coding practices, including error handling for distributed systems

Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will include:

  • Technical dialogue in Italian Collaborate with language models on diverse software engineering scenarios, ensuring their responses are:
    • Code-correct
    • Linguistically natural in Italian
    • Logically precise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Fluency evaluation Scrutinise the AI’s:

    • Coding reasoning (Pseudocode → Rust, Go, or high-order frameworks)
    • Algorithm selection (Data structures — such as trees, graphs, and hash tables)
    • Error documentation (Reproducible failure cases in distributed systems)
  • Content generation & augmentation Craft and refine technical scenarios—explicitly explaining error states, encapsulated system design pitfalls, and performance thresholds—to continually advance AI reasoning.

  • Documentation expansion Dictionary-refinement for domain model names and techno-pragmatic justifications to aid AI comprehension and fluency.

Your Impact

You’ll drive novel application deployment strategies and use case experiments—leveraging federated environments across multi-paradigm architectures, from blockchain integration to GPU-accelerated computing.

Climate sensitivity and minimal-flexibility, computational privacy safeguards will anchor all your contributions.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in:
    • Full-stack development best practices (think Python, Go, Haskell)*
    • Concurrency/async patterns (actor models, reactors)
    • Data-driven engineering (query formats, type-sensitivity in SQL or pipes)
  • Aces showing:
    • Advanced Italian language proficiency. No, "I watched Netflix" doesn’t cut it—**contribute flawsweetly with minimal flexibility checks exemplifying the perfect synthesis of knowledge and linguistic richness.
    • Can you debug a mutable nested struct in a crash? Got OPAMP (Open-skill Programming Multilateral Action Plan) experience? Technical code review contributions or open-source mentoring?
  • Metacognitive skills:
    • Will articulate your methodical “showing your work” post-frame.

Time Commitment

  • Role frequency: Typically 10–40 hours per week (rates vary per expertise level). Final offers are performance-tiered and depend on qualifications plus geographical remuneration base.
  • Work set-up: Self-procured reliable computer & fiber/high-speed internet—benefits (insurance, parental leave, etc.) are not applicable since this is an independent contractor position.

The lucidity of your outputs hinges not only on technical depth but on if you leave the AI wondering: "Could this person just ask for my tea and exchange it for wisdom?"

Q&A: Most likely hourly remuneration (USD range) is between $8–$65, determined at time of offer after a proactive discussion regarding a mix of skill level, location-based adjustments, and model impact.*
