Location: Crossways Business Park, Dartford, DA2 6QH Employer: Bupa
About the Role
-Based on full-time hours, this is a permanent part-time role (minimum 2 days per week).

Session Requirements
Trainings available: Monday–Sunday in two shift options:
- Early shift: 08:00–16:00
- Late shift: 14:00–22:00 Key requirements include:
- Committing to at least one late shift
- Conducting five appointments daily
Key Responsibilities
The Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist will deliver high-quality, safe, and effective CBT therapy through:

Clinical Delivery
- Providing person-centred Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions with exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Performing comprehensive assessments and evidence-based formulations, ensuring clients receive optimal care paths.
- Flexible service models: face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations tailored to client preference.

Casework & Collaboration
- Adhering to Bupa’s case management processes, collaborating with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
- Respecting session limits based on clients’ insurance coverage while prioritising therapeutic goals.

Wellbeing & Coaching
- Offering ad-hoc wellbeing support and one-off assessments with suitable referrals.
- Developing group psychoeducation (e.g. mental health awareness training) and remote presentations.

Professional & Operational
- Autonomous practice adhering to professional guidelines and Bupa policies.
- Regular clinical supervision (individual/team-based) to foster high standards.
- Proposing improvements for client and team experiences.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Full accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
- Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT/HI (BABCP-accredited).
- 2+ years post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT for diverse presentations.
- Corporate/business understanding with leadership skills.
Desirable:
- EMDR or other specialised psychological training/accreditation.
Adult Competence:
- Fluent use of Microsoft systems and EMR software.
- Exceptional customer service and client rapport skills.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal communication.
- Problem-solving, time management, and furtive workflow prioritisation.
- Transitioning between utility targets and individualised treatment plans.
