Job Opportunity: COINS Implementation Manager

Rainford Berry are delighted to be exclusively recruiting this exciting opportunity for an experienced COINS Implementation Manager. He or she will lead a critical business transformation programme across two UK businesses within our clients: a Construction business and a Plant & Fleet Hire business.

This 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend and/or become permanent) will take ownership of the migration from Unit4 Agresso to COINS, delivering a modern ERP platform to support finance, commercial, operational and management reporting processes for approximately 200 users. With COINS already in use across other group companies, this programme is designed to maximise efficiencies by bringing the Group’s development and construction businesses onto one shared ERP platform.

This is a highly visible role requiring much more than traditional IT project management. The successful candidate will be a confident bridge between business stakeholders and software implementation teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood, constructively challenged and translated into practical, effective COINS solutions.

He or she will help agree the scope of works, objectives, timelines, milestones and measures of success, before driving delivery through to implementation. You will manage stakeholders across multiple departments and ensure the programme achieves its strategic objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
