Would you like to join a growing organisation as a Finance Systems Testing & Training Analyst?

The Finance Systems Testing & Training Analyst is responsible for ensuring Finance Systems are adopted effectively, operate reliably, and support the evolving needs of the business. The role blends hands-on testing, structured training delivery, and continuous process improvement, ensuring that new releases, enhancements, and features are thoroughly validated and that users are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to maximise system value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to understand project pipelines, release schedules, and user testing requirements.
  • Configure and maintain testing software to support system health checks, release cycles, and change management processes.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee structured test plans, scenarios, and journeys to validate system performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Identify system defects and work with Finance Systems developers and third-party partners to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design and deliver engaging, outcome-focused training for new and existing system users, leveraging proven learning frameworks and best practice delivery techniques.
  • Document system processes, testing procedures, and training approaches to support scalability and consistency.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of COINS ERP functionality and workflows.
  • Experience designing and delivering high-quality digital and in-person training.
  • Knowledge of testing software, structured test methodologies, and best practice QA disciplines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across Finance, IT, and project teams.
  • Strong ability to interpret user journeys and processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to varied audiences.
  • Innovative approach to developing learning content and capability uplift.
