Cold Calling Sales Specialist – UEX.US Crypto Exchange (U.S. Regulated)

We are a fast-growing, regulated cryptocurrency exchange operating in the United States, focused on providing secure and compliant access to digital asset services for retail and institutional clients. Our platform offers cryptocurrency trading, fiat integration, digital asset management solutions, savings products, and related financial technology services within a compliant regulatory framework.

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Specialists to join our expanding sales team.

Position Overview

The Cold Calling Sales Specialist is responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers through high-volume outbound calls and converting leads into active platform users and clients. This role is heavily sales-oriented and requires persistence, confidence, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling aggressive daily outreach targets, overcoming objections, building trust quickly, and explaining digital financial products clearly to potential clients.

This is a performance-driven position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are motivated by commissions, targets, and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers across the United States. • Contact warm leads provided by the company and follow up consistently. • Introduce and explain the company’s cryptocurrency and digital financial products professionally and confidently. • Build strong customer relationships and establish trust with potential clients. • Educate prospective users about platform features, account setup, trading services, digital asset solutions, and related offerings. • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets. • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and messaging platforms when required. • Handle objections professionally and effectively close sales opportunities. • Stay updated on company products, crypto industry trends, and regulatory compliance standards. • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while representing the company. • Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer acquisition processes. • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, objections, and lead quality.

Daily Expectations • Aggressive outbound sales activity throughout the workday. • Consistent cold calling and lead engagement. • Strong activity metrics including: • Number of outbound calls • Talk time • Lead conversions • Account activations • Deposit generation • Customer retention • Fast response times on incoming or warm leads. • High energy and professional communication at all times.


Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications • Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written). • Strong American-style phone communication and sales ability. • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer acquisition. • Ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based customers. • Comfortable working in a highly target-driven sales environment. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. • Ability to work independently and remain motivated under pressure. • Professional phone etiquette and communication discipline. • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, or fintech industries. • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup (if remote).


Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in crypto, fintech, forex, banking, or financial sales. • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking systems. • Previous experience handling high-volume outbound call campaigns. • Existing knowledge of digital assets and crypto trading platforms.
