About Pegasus International
Pegasus International (UK) Ltd. is expanding its multidisciplinary LNG and infrastructure advisory team. We are seeking highly experienced professionals for immediate engagement on a major LNG Terminal Project covering feasibility, FEED, technical assurance, commercial and PPP advisory, environmental and social safeguards, procurement, project controls, and transaction execution.
The Opportunity
Assess technically and commercially viable uses of LNG cold energy to improve project efficiency, reduce emissions, and create ancillary revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen cold-energy applications including power generation, air separation, refrigeration, cold storage, desalination, and cryogenic logistics.
- Develop mass and energy balances and identify integration points with LNG regasification and utilities.
- Assess technology readiness, operating flexibility, safety, reliability, and terminal-interface risks.
- Prepare lifecycle-cost, revenue, energy-saving, and emissions-reduction comparisons.
- Identify potential industrial off-takers and infrastructure requirements for viable concepts.
- Recommend which options should be included in base scope, future expansion, or alternative proposals.
- Support owner’s requirements, performance criteria, and market engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy, or Cryogenic Engineering; postgraduate specialization is preferred.
- Professional engineering registration is desirable.
- Strong thermodynamic and techno-economic analysis capability is required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of energy or process-engineering experience, including at least 5 years involving LNG cold energy, cryogenic systems, or industrial energy integration.
- Experience evaluating cold-power, air-separation, refrigeration, or industrial symbiosis projects.
- Demonstrated ability to convert technical concepts into credible business cases.
- Knowledge of cryogenic safety and terminal operability constraints.
- Experience with developers, industrial users, or investment appraisal is desirable.

Work Location and Mobility
- Candidates must be willing to work from and support Pegasus offices and project assignments in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Bangladesh.
- International and domestic travel will be required for project meetings, site visits, workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder consultations.
- Candidates must be able to obtain the necessary visas, security clearances, medical fitness, and work authorization; Pegasus will provide reasonable support subject to eligibility and applicable law.
