Cold Store Operative
We are currently looking to recruit a Cold Store Operative to support our busy cold store operation. This role will be working 40 hours per week, working a 2 weekly rotation pattern between the hours of 06.00am – 10.00pm.

About the Role
Our cold store / warehouse operatives are the key team workers that keep the vital food supply chain flowing. The role is truly collaborative, being varied and diverse. You will be working as part of a shift team, working alongside the team leaders and administration teams to ensure that we not only achieve but challenge our productivity on a daily basis.

- Picking and storing away product
- Unloading deliveries
- Work closely with Team Leaders
- Ensure customer products are handled in a safe manner
- Work as a team to ensure an efficient cold chain service, minimizing delays
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Previous cold store experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Good communication skills
- FLT licence
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability
