Highly Supported Private Nursing Role
Earn £60,000 GBP tax-free on a Mediterranean vessel
Work dual-nurse shifts with Western medical doctors (MDs).
The Role For the clinical specialist who refuses to compromise on medical standards or operational safety, this permanent contract provides an exceptionally secure framework. You will be responsible for the continuous, individualized health management of an 80-year-old high-profile patient in preparation for major surgery.
This unique clinical setting is defined by rigorous safety protocols:
- Operate within a strict double-nurse shift rotation, ensuring you always have a licensed colleague working by your side.
- Work under the clinical oversight of an expert Western-trained Chief Doctor alongside specialized Western-trained physiotherapists.
- Deliver elite concierge medicine while cruising through Mallorca, Marbella, the Algarve, Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, and the Côte d’Azur.

Requirements
✔ Education: Applicants must hold an approved 4-year university degree in Nursing (BSN) from a Western jurisdiction.
✔ Experience:
- At least four years of modern, hands-on ICU, ER, or high-acute hospital experience.
- Considered trauma surfing (rotating between hospitals for severe cases).
✔ Linguistics: Fluent mastery of both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is strictly required.
✔ Availability: Unrestricted capacity for continuous global travel—no fixed residence required.

Remuneration & Benefits
